Summer Volunteer Hours

• Wednesdays, 1-4:30pm
• Saturdays, 10-1:30pm

These hours are open to all volunteers.  Volunteers should arrive ready to dig in.  Please remember to bring a water bottle and sunscreen.

Are you interested in bringing a class or group to volunteer at the farm?  City Farm is a great place for hands-on learning. Many teachers bring student groups to City Farm’s “outdoor laboratory.” Other groups and professional organizations enjoy the opportunity to get outside for a day on the farm. It is a great way to earn service hours while being part of the growing urban agriculture movement in Chicago.If you are interested in reserving a spot for a group and would like to reserve a time for a tour, please email cityfarm@resourcecenterchicago.org .
